1:1 Coaching Sessions - 5 session package
This option is for those who want to get started or come back to strength training.
​
5 session pack includes:
* Movement analysis, limitations, weaknesses and strengths.
* Goal exploration
* Introduction to 5 functional movement patterns which form the basis of a strength program.
These 5 sessions can also be tailored to a more advanced athlete who wants to focus in on technique and strength analysis and development.
